Our 4-Step Design Process
A successful website or print piece hinges on so much more than merely aesthetics. Careful analysis of consumer wants
and needs coupled with strategic execution is critical to the delivery of a successful product. At Edge Graphics Company,
our methodology marries targeted marketing goals with the best that design has to offer.
We have four major phases within a project life cycle:

There’s no such thing as too much information. That’s why during the Discovery process, we make it our mission to gather as much information as possible. Edge Graphics Company offers an initial FREE one-hour consultation to discuss your unique requirements.
We want to get to the heart of what makes your offering to stand-out, what you hope to gain from the project, and most importantly, why your audience should care. We ask all the tough questions. Then we LISTEN. After that, we’re ready to proceed with Conceptualization. |
The inspiration for our work comes from many places, but the heart of our design is always driven by your goals for the project. Armed with this information, we roll up our sleeves, we do our research, and then we think of creative solutions. Along with that, we tackle the following:
Once the creative design is fleshed out, we move on to Implementation. |
Ideas are only half of the equation. During this phase, we make sure that your vision comes to light and that every step of the production meets our standard of quality. During this phase we will do the following:
Also, during this phase, we go through the site to ensure we have met our internal standards of making the site simple to use. Once all of this is completed, we will test the site making sure everything works impeccably. We are now ready to enter our Deployment Phase. |
The fourth and final phase of your project is the Deployment Phase. Whether you have a print piece or an e-commerce website, our process is similar. We doublecheck our work, get final approvals, and make sure that the mechanics of what we’ve produced are ready for primetime. For websites, we thoroughly test, test, test to assure a flawless user experience prior to go-live. Before we send the final product out into the real world, we’ll suggest ways to get the most out of your launch, including ideas around search engine optimization or future items to consider. |
